Santos Acting Head, Compliance and Surveillance Group This responds to your fax letter of today 30 April in which you request that we "please furnish the Exchange any information relating to the unusual movement in trading" today. You informed that the unusual movement consisted in that "the share price of SEVN decreased by 39.77% from P4.40 to P2.65 per share." We wish to advise for the record of the Exchange that we are not aware of information which would cause such an unusual movement. We note in passing that today's transaction at unit price of P2.65 covered a minimal amount of 1,000 shares, and that another transaction transpired at P4.40 before the close of the trading.
