April 27, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 895-99 SUBJECT : Philippine Tobacco Flue-Curing and Redrying Corporation Additional Listing The Exchange approved on March 10, 1999, the application submitted by PHILIPPINE TOBACCO FLU-CURING and REDRYING CORPORATION to list 19,991,000 common shares , with a par value of P1 . 00 per share , to cover the 1 . 33 : 1 pre-emptive rights offering to stockholders of record as of April 5 , 1999 at an offer price of P10 . 20 per share .
