April 30, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 894-98 SUBJECT : Asian Pacific Equity Corporation Further to Circular No. 698-98 dated April 16, 1998, Asian Pacific Equity Corporation ("APEC") furnished the Exchange on April 29, 1998 a copy of SEC Form 34-C (Preliminary Information Statement) in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on June 5, 1998 , at 3:00 p.m., at the San Lorenzo Room, Makati Sports Club, Alfaro cor. Gallardo Sts., Salcedo Village, Makati City. As previously announced, stockholders of record as of May 5, 1998 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, said meeting.
