While year observation that the price of our shares increased by 50%, i.e. from P4.00 to P6.00 per share, came as a pleasant surprise to us, please be advised that we have no material information whatsoever in our records and to the best of our knowledge at this point in time that may have caused the so-called "unusual" movement in the trading of our securities.
