April 23, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 867-99 SUBJECT : Philippine National Construction Corporation Further to Circular for Brokers No. 2485-98 dated October 30, 1998 pertaining to Philippine National Construction Corp.'s ("PNC") non-compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange, please be informed that PNC has already submitted 200 copies of its SEC Form 11-A for fiscal year ended December 31, 1997 and paid all the fines with the Exchange as of April 22, 1999, for late submission of the same.
