April 28, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 850-98 SUBJECT : Keppel Philippines Holdings, Inc. Keppel Philippines Holdings, Inc. ("KPH") clarified to the Exchange, in a letter dated April 24, 1998, a news article published in the April 21, 1998 issue of the Business World, which reported of Keppel Group's negotiations with Metro Pacific Corporation ("MPC") for a possible buy-in at Bonifacio Land Corporation. KPH in said letter explained that: ". . . our sister company in Singapore, Keppel Land Ltd. has shown preliminary interest in the purchase of a stake in Bonifacio Land Corporation. Keppel Land Ltd. is a public listed company in Singapore which is a subsidiary of Keppel Corporation Ltd.
