April 28, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 846-98 SUBJECT : Mabuhay Holdings Corporation Further to Circular No. 594-98 dated April 3, 1998, Mabuhay Holdings Corporation ("MHC") furnished the Exchange on April 23, 1998 a copy of SEC Form 34-C (Definitive Information Statement) in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on May 22, 1998 at 10:00 a.m., at the New World Hotel, Esperanza Street corner Makati Avenue, Makati City. As previously announced, stockholders of record as of April 17, 1998 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, said meeting.
