Ong Listing and Disclosures Gentlemen : We disclose that at a special meeting held today, 24 April 1998, at 6:00 p.m., the Board of Directors of MRC Allied Industries, Inc. resolved to postpone the Annual Stockholders' Meeting of the Corporation which, per the Code of By-Laws of the Corporation should be held on the second Tuesday of May, or on 12 May 1998 since the Audited Financial Statements of the Corporation had not yet been completed.
