Lacorte Gentlemen : This refers to your fax received requesting us to clarity the news article captioned Metrobank looking to buy PCI Bank or PNB . LexLib We would like to make it clear that all we mentioned was that if any of the good banks are up for sale, we would like to take the opportunity to consider an acquisition for strategic reasons. It just so happens that PCIBank and PNB are known to be up for sale. When asked about the method of financing an acquisition, our reply was that we have !he following options: 1.
