We referred that Pilipino Telephone Corporation ("Piltel") continues to be in discussions with its creditor banks regarding the restructuring of its loans and has not received any official written advice from the creditor banks regarding the alleged offer to swap their loans for stocks in Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company.
