April 19, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 795-99 SUBJECT : Fil-Estate, Land, Inc . Further to Circular for Brokers No. 694-99 dated April 7, 1999 pertaining to Fil-Estate Land, Inc.'s ("LND") non-compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange for non-submission of its SEC Form 11-A for fiscal year ended September 30, 1998, please be informed that the Board of Governors in its meeting held on April 14, 1999, decided to rediscuss in the next Board of Governors' Meeting on 28 April 1999, the trading halt on the shares of LND due to non-submission of the said report.
