April 24, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 789-98 SUBJECT : Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company Stock Dividend Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company ("MBT") informed the Exchange, in a letter dated April 22, 1998, that its Board of Directors, during the meeting held on even date, approved the declaration of a 20% stock dividend , which will be taken from the unissued portion of the authorized capital stock, in favor of shareholders as of a record date to be fixed after the approval of the stockholders and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. cdlex For your information.
