March 27, 2000 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 784-00 SUBJECT : San Miguel Corporation This is with reference to Circular for Brokers No. 716-2000 dated March 21, 2000 pertaining to San Miguel Corporation's ("SMC") clarification of a news article reporting of its interest to purchase Splash Manufacturing Corporation.
