Garcia Head, Listing Group Gentlemen : With reference to your letter dated April 21, 1998, please be informed that the annual stockholders' meeting of Philcomsat Holdings Corporation as provided in its by-laws is to be held in any day of the month of May, excepting Sundays and holidays. As disclosed in our letter of April 16, 1998, this year's annual meeting been postponed to give the Company more time to prepare for additional matters which may have to be taken up thereat. As of now, no date has yet been fixed for the holding of the postponed meeting.
