We categorically deny that negotiations have been finalized for the private placement of ICIS' International Holdings Corp. (IIHC). Yesterday, after the Annual Meeting of Stockholders, Mr. Enrique B. Razon was interviewed by the media One of the questions asked was the status of the private placement to: IIHC. He responded by saying that the negotiations are close to being finalized with J. P. Morgan and Capital Investment. He never said that it had, in fact, been finalized.
