April 16, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 768-99 SUBJECT : Asian Pacific Equity Corporation Further to Circular for Brokers No. 744-99 dated April 14, 1999, Asian Pacific Equity Corporation ("APEC") furnished the Exchange a copy of its SEC Form 34-C (Preliminary Information Statement), in connection with its Annual Stockholder's Meeting which will be held on May 5, 1999 , at 3:00 p.m. at the Salcedo and Legaspi Rooms, Makati Sport Club, Alfaro corner Gallardo Sts., Salcedo Village, 1227 Makati City.
