PSE Centre, Exchange Road Ortigas Center, Pasig City Attention: Listing and Disclosure Group SUBJECT : PDI News Report captioned "Filinvest Fails to Get Permit for Golf Course " Gentlemen : With reference to our letter of even date sent to you this morning relative to the matter referred to in subject news article, please be informed that copy of an official communication from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources ("DENR") denying the application for an Environmental Compliance Certificate for our proposed Filinvest Sky City Project was received by Filinvest Land, Inc. ("FLI") yesterday, April 14, 1999. The secretary of the addressee, Mr. Andrew T. Gotianun, Jr., overlooked to forward the same to Mr. Gotianum immediately. Thus in our earlier letter sent this morning, we inadvertently advised you that we have not as yet received such official communication from DENR. We apologize for this inadvertence.
