April 22, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 766-98 SUBJECT : UEM Development Phils, Inc . Further to Circular No. 582-98 dated April 2, 1998, UEM Development Phils., Inc. ("MK") furnished the Exchange on April 20, 1998 a copy of SEC Form 34-C (Definitive Information Statement) in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on May 18, 1998 at 9:00 a.m., at the 9th Floor, PDCP Bank Building, 8737 Paseo de Roxas, Makati City. As previously announced, stockholders of record as of April 17, 1998 , are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, said meeting.
