Isabel Garcia , Ms, Grace de Guia Compliance and Listing SUBJECT : Postponement of MUSIC Corporation's Stockholders Meeting to 21 May 1999 Mesdames : MUSIC Corporation hereby gives notice that its Stockholders' Meeting originally set for 26 April 1999 shall be postponed to 21 May 1999, at 2:00 o'clock in the afternoon and shall be held at the Manila Polo Club. With this postponement we would like to request for a resetting of the record date to 29 April 1999 Stockholders of record as of said date shall be entitled to notice of and to vote at the said meeting.
