April 23, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 749-98 SUBJECT : Fortune Cement Corporation Fortune Cement Corporation ("FCC") informed the Exchange, in a letter dated April 21, 1998, that the Board of Directors, at its regular meeting held on even date, approved the declaration of a 25% stock dividend to stockholders of record as of May 21, 1998 . The said dividend declaration was ratified by the stockholders on the Annual meeting held on the same date. Furthermore, at the said Annual Meeting held on April 21, 1998, the following were elected as Directors to serve for the period 1998-1999 and until their successors have been duly elected and qualified: 1.
