April 14, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 741-99 SUBJECT : Lorenzo Shipping Corporation Further to Circular No. 077-99 dated January 19, 1999, Lorenzo Shipping Corporation ("LSC") furnished the Exchange a copy of its "Service Alliance Agreement" with William, Gothong & Aboitiz, Inc. The purpose of which is to permit each party to improve economies of scale, reduce cost and improve vessel utilization in the ports covered by the agreement for the benefits of the parties and the shipping public.
