April 14, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 739-99 SUBJECT : Concrete Aggregates Corporation Concrete Aggregates Corporation ("CA") informed the Exchange that its Board of Directors resolved to postpone the Annual Stockholders' Meeting scheduled on April 28, 1999 to another date, tentatively on June 11, 1999. The postponement is due to the following reasons: 1. The inability of the company's external auditor to complete and finish the audited financial statements by April 6, 1999 which is the approximate date on which the proxy statement (which includes the audited FS) and proxy form as well as well as the annual report should be furnished the stockholders; cdlex 2.
