April 14, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 738-99 SUBJECT : ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation Further to Circular No. 592-99 dated March 25, 1999, ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation ("ABS") furnished the Exchange a copy of its SEC Form 34-C (Definitive Information Statement), with the 1998 Annual Report, in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on May 3, 1999, at 8:00 a.m., at the Studio 1, ABS-CBN Broadcast Centre Complex, Sgt. Esguerra Avenue corner Mother Ignacia Street, Quezon City. As previously announced, stockholders of record as of April 5, 1999 are entitled to notice of and to vote at said meeting.
