April 12, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 722-99 SUBJECT : Philippine National Bank Further to Circular No. 532-99 dated March 19, 1999, Philippine National Bank ("PNB") furnished the Exchange a copy of its SEC Form 34-C (Definitive Information Statement), with 1998 Annual Report, in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on April 28, 1999 , at 9:00 a.m., at the PNB Banking Hall, 3rd Floor, PNB Financial Center, Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City. As previously announced, stockholders of record as of March 31, 1999 are entitled to notice of, and to vote, at, said meeting.
