Garcia Head, Listing Department Gentlemen : Please be advised that at its special meeting today, the Board of Directors of Asian Pacific Equity Corporation resolved to postpone the annual stockholders' meeting of the Company, which under the By-Laws of the Company, is scheduled on the first Wednesday of May or May 6, 1998. The annual meeting will instead be held on June 5, 1998 at 3:00 p.m. at San Lorenzo room of Makati Sports Club located at Alfaro cor.
