March 17, 2000 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 695-00 SUBJECT : Ayala Land, Inc . Further to Circular for Brokers No. 621-2000 dated March 10, 2000, Ayala Land, Inc. ("ALI") furnished the Exchange a copy of its SEC Form 34-C (Definitive Information Statement) including its Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 1999, in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on April 26, 2000 , at 9:00 a.m., at the Grand Ballroom, Hotel Intercontinental Manila, Ayala Center, Makati City. As previously announced, stockholders of record as of March 13, 2000 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, said meeting.
