April 7, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 694-99 SUBJECT : Fil-Estate Land, Inc . As of date hereof, Fil-Estate Land, Inc. ("LND") is not in compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange for failure to submit its Annual Report using SEC Form 11-A for the fiscal year ended September 30, 1998. The Exchange, upon recommendation of the Listing Committee and approval by the Board of Governors, shall consider implementing a trading halt on the shares of LND on April 19, 1999 pending compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange. cdlex For your information.
