Cervantes : In reply to your letter dated 16 March 2000, copy of which I received by fax transmission this morning, please be advised that management has no material information that should warrant the increase in its share today, 16 March 2000. As a matter of fact, we could not understand the movement of the market notwithstanding our earlier report, which you have been advised yesterday, that the company has decided to temporary suspend operations.
