(ILI) present during its Regular Board Meeting held on March 15, 2000 at the Third Floor, Zuellig Building, Malugay Street, Makati City, unanimously approved the postponement of its Annual Stockholders' Meeting from May 1, 2000 to June 9, 2000 at 3:00 P.M. The venue of the meeting and the setting of the record date for the purpose of determining the stockholders entitled to notice and to vote during the Company's Annual Stockholders' Meeting shall be discussed and approved in the next Regular Board Meeting scheduled on April 14, 2000.
