The lease contract for the said location will expire on April 10, 2000. The company opted not to renew the lease in the light of the demanded more than 100% increase in rental rates. In addition, the substantial change in the trade area of that store has resulted in reduced sales revenues and which insufficient profits are not viable for operation of a 7-Eleven store.
