March 16, 2000 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 679-00 March 15, 2000 Philippine Stock Exchange Philippine Stock-Exchange Centre Exchange Road, Ortigas Center Pasig City, Metro Manila Attention: Disclosure Department Gentlemen : Notice is hereby given that per resolution of the Board of Directors of OMICO CORPORATION on the 15th of March 2000, the 2000 Annual Stockholders' Meeting set under the Corporate By-laws on the last Friday of April has been postponed to the 30th of June 2000. The 31st of May 2000 was the Record Date set by the Board to determine the stockholders entitled to notice of and to participate in the Annual Meeting to be held on 30 June 9000. The time and venue of the meeting will be later announced. The Board likewise approved a resolution extending the Exercise date of Omico Warrants for another year from the 17th of .August 2000 to the 17th of August 2001. A meeting of warrantholders has been set 30th of June 2000, on which occasion the extension of the Exercise Date of the Warrants shall be submitted for consideration and approval by a majority of the warrantholders. The 31st of May 2000 was the Record Date set by the Board to determine the warrantholders' entitled to notice of and to participate in the warrantholders' meeting.
