Incorporated, held today (finished at 3:00 p m) at the Company's office located at 29th Floor Chatham House, 116 Valero cor. Herrera Sts., Salcedo Village, Makati City, it was decided that the annual meeting of the Company's stockholders will be postponed from April 30, 1999 to June 15, 1999. The postponement is due to the following. The audited financial statements may not be completed before April 8, 1999, the date of mailing to the stockholders of SEC Form 34-C if the Annual meeting as to be held on April 30, 1999. Management is still considering certain amendments to the Company's Articles of Incorporation.
