(LND), entered into a Land Development Agreement with Mervic Realty, Inc., Slochi Fishery Enterprises, Inc., and Vicay Realty, Inc. for the development of several parcels of land located in the vicinity of Panghulo Road, Panghulo, Malabon, Rizal, with an aggregate area of 52,1358 hectares, more or less, into a residential subdivision.
