Given the size of Far East Bank and Trust Company (FEBTC) and the strategic advantage presented by PCIB block of shares being offered for sale, it would only be logical for FEBTC to take a look at this opportunity. However, at this point, it is very premature for FEBTC to accede to your request for an " official, full, fair and accurate written disclosure " of our intentions.
