April 15, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 674-98 SUBJECT : Kuok Philippine Properties, Inc . Kuok Philippine Properties Inc. (the "Company") informed the Exchange, in a letter dated April 13, 1998, that the Company will be holding its Annual Stockholders' Meeting on 19 June 1998 , 3:00 p.m. at the Garden Ballroom, Shangri-La's EDSA Plaza Hotel. Stockholders of record as of May 20, 1998 are entitled to notice and to vote at the meeting. The stock and transfer books of the Company will be closed from May 21, 1998 to June 19, 1998 .
