Clemente D. Garrucho and Jovencio B. Hernandez as the Corporation's Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, respectively, and appointed Mr. Emmanuel T. Ramos as the new Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation, to serve as such until his successor shall have been duly elected and qualified. Mr. Jose L.
