Grace de Guia Gentlemen : Under the By-laws of Selecta Dairy, Inc., its annual stockholders' meeting is scheduled on the last Thursday of March or 23 March 2000. Said meeting cannot be held on stated date in that the Audited Financial Statements of the company for the year ended 31 December 1999 has not been completed.
