("WGA") furnished the Exchange a copy of its SEC Form 34-C (Definitive Information Statement), with 1998 Annual Report to Security Holders, in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on April 30, 1999 , at 1:00, p.m., at the Cebu Plaza Hotel, Nivel Hills, Lahug, Cebu City.
