April 6, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 660-99 SUBJECT : Manila Mining Corporation Further to Circular No. 323-99 dated February 23, 1999, Manila Mining Corporation ("MA")furnished the Exchange a copy of its SEC Form 34-C (Definitive Information Statement), with audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 1998, in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on April 29, 1999 , at 10:00, a.m., at the Rigodon Ballroom, The Peninsula Manila, corner Ayala and Makati Avenue, Makati City. As previously announced, the stock and transfer book of the corporation will be closed from March 1, 1999 the record date, to the close of business hours of April 19, 1999 .
