April 13, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 658-98 DAILY DRILLING BULLETIN HIPPO-1 WELL (Sandakan Basin, Sulu Sea) Arco Philippines, Inc. drilled the well to a depth of 12,924 feet an advance of 774 feet since resuming their drilling operations.
