April 8, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 657-98 SUBJECT : First Philippine Holdings Corporation Additional Listing The Exchange approved the listing application of FIRST PHILIPPINE HOLDINGS CORPORATION to list additional 65,862,995 common shares , consisting of 40,486,606 class "A" shares and 25,376,389 class "B" shares, with a par value of P10 . 00 per share , to cover the following: 1. 65,855,537 common shares , consisting of 40,482,131 class "A" and 25,373,406 class "B" shares, to cover the 20% stock dividend declaration to stockholders of record as of February 25, 1998 ; and 2. 7,458 common shares , consisting of 4,475 class "A" and 2,983 class "B" shares, to cover the remaining 25% stock dividend of ESOP availments of 29,834 shares which as of record were entitled to the said dividend.
