March 14, 2000 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 656-00 Posted March 13, 2000 SUBJECT : Music Corporation Music Corporation ("MUSX") clarified to the Exchange a news article entitled "Music Telecom concludes deal to sell Cisco telephony boards" published in the March 9, 2000 issue of the Philippine Daily Inquirer. MUSX, stated that: ". . . We wish to correct the statement made with regard the 1999 sales and estimates for year 2000. It is estimated that revenue sales in 1999 is US$3.3M. As the Company has not released year-end numbers nor projections for 2000 yet, the company estimates US$3.3M 1999 sales of MUSIC Telecom alone and projects doubling revenues this year. LexLib I would like to stress that the subject revenue base only talks about MUSIC Telecom, one of our subsidiaries which has historically accounted for 10 to 15% of revenues of MUSIC Corporation. . . ."
