Limited Partnership, 9th Floor, Ortigas Building, Ortigas Avenue, Pasig City, Metro Manila. However, on March 7, 2000, upon the advice of the President and upon Board approval, the date set above for the holding of the Annual Stockholders Meeting is cancelled to be reset to another date.
