Gentlemen : Please be advised that today, the Corporation signed a joint venture agreement with Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A., Jemeh Asia Berhad and Banco de Oro Universal Bank, whereby the parties agreed to establish a life and a non-life insurance companies, in the Philippines.
