April 7, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 634-98 SUBJECT : The Philodrill Corporation Further to Circular No. 153-98 dated February 17, 1998, The Philodrill Corporation ("OV") informed the Exchange, in a letter dated April 6, 1998, that the effectivity date of the change in the par value of OV's shares be set on April 20, 1998 to give its stock transfer agent, Fidelity Stock Transfers, Inc., ample time to effect the conversion of shareholdings based on the new par value. Accordingly, the change in the par value of OV's shares from P0.01 to P1.00 will be reflected in the Exchange's computer system on Monday, April 20, 1998 . cdpr For your information. (SGD.)
