March 13, 2000 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 633-00 March 10, 2000 Disclosure Department Listings and Disclosure Group 4/F Philippine Stock Exchange Centre PSE Center, Exchange Road Ortigas Center, Pasig City Fax 636-0809 Gentlemen : In compliance with the continuing disclosure requirements of the Exchange, we report that 7,367,700 SPI shares owned by the Asian MBO Fund, LP, a limited partnership managed by MBO Partners, were transferred today to an affiliated fund, Crimson Investment Limited. These shares are the stock dividends related to the 36,838,504 SPI shares that were transferred by the Asian MBO Fund, LP to Crimson Investments Limited and another affiliated fund on February 21, 2000.
