April 7, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 617-98 DAILY DRILLING BULLETIN HIPPO-I WELL. (Sandakan Basin, Sulu Sea) Over the weekend, Arco Philippines Inc., pressure tested the integrity of the borehole.
