Gentlemen : This is in reference to your fax message dated March 25, 1999 inquiring about the news article reporting that the Court of Appeals (CA) has overruled the temporary restraining orders issued by Angeles City RTC Judge Philbert Yturalde and Judge Omar Viola favoring Mondragon Leisure & Resorts Corporation over the control of the Mimosa Leisure Estate. We would like to inform the Exchange that as of this letter's date, Mondragon has yet to receive a copy of the said CA ruling and therefore cannot confirm nor clarify the said news article.
