Soriano Corporation (Anscor) purchased today 292,433,087 shares of ANSCOR held by a block of stockholders represented by Carlos T. Soriano and Cristina Soriano de Herrera in consideration of 205,000 Common and 345,000 Preferred shares of Aboitiz Air Transport Corporation (AATC) and P124.72 Million cash. cdlex The sale of AATC shares valued at P240 Million will result in a net gain of about P152 Million to Anscor. The repurchase of Anscor shares will increase its net asset value per share by P0.12 or 5%.
