Grace De Guia Gentlemen : The Board of Directors of Swift Foods, Inc. at its regular meeting held this morning, approved and confirmed the holding of the 2000 Annual Stockholders' Meeting on 12 April 2000 at 2:00 P.M. instead of 16 March 2000 per its By-laws. The Board of Directors likewise set the record date for the 2000 Annual Stockholders' Meeting to be 12 March 2000.
